Zambia’s implementation of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) is led by the Zambia EITI Council (ZEC), an 18-member Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG) comprising representatives from government, civil society, and the extractive industry.
ZEC plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and collaboration in Zambia’s extractive sector, aligning with the EITI Standard to promote good governance and sustainable resource management.
